Self-leveling polyurethane mortar

This type of flooring is recommended for areas where work is carried out in difficult and heavy conditions. It is particularly useful in terms of exceptional abrasion resistance, intense and repeated traffic, increased adhesion and optimal use, regardless of temperature. The self-leveling polyurethane mortar is applied in layers of varying thicknesses (between 2 mm and 6 mm), and may prove the optimum solution for dry manufacturing areas or food packaging areas.

The product is characterized by excellent adhesion, as well as high resistance to mechanical and chemical stress and influences. A special feature is that this mortar has an adhesive strength that is greater than the breaking point strength of concrete, for example. The chemical, physical and compositional features offered by this system endow it with a leading position in the industrial field. Among other aspects, special mention should be made of its thermal expansion index, which is similar to that of concrete, and which allows the simultaneous movement of the layer and the substrate, in a normal thermodynamic cycle. In addition, it is very resistant to high temperature intervals (ranging between -20 °C and +90 °C).

The final finish surface is soft, smooth, matte, but also enduring and long-lasting.
